Solid business background with a B.S. Degree in Management. Engineering Program Manager for Lockheed and Raytheon Defense Contracting on Missile Systems. Owned /managed three separate businesses prior to Boriquen Aquaculture.   Served twelve years active duty Navy as P-3C Flight Engineer.  U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marine Captain -100 ton. Fred Lentz - VP/Engineering-Technical Services

One man SWAT TEAM.  When Fred is in the water the Sharks get out. A Commercial Fisherman for 20 years. Hands on kind of guy that will wrestle the fish if necessary at any depth. Master of Stealth Tactics nothing escapes. When the rest of the world is waking up, he has already captured 600 pounds of just about everything worth catching. U.S. Coast Guard Captain 50-Ton, PADI Open Water and Enriched Air Certification.  Caribbean Fishery Management Council - Advisory Panel Member. Member and vocal for Rincon Fisherman Union. Member of the Rincon Fisherman Association. Lived in Rincon, Puerto Rico since 1987. Favorite thing to do...Achieve Results!

Jeff Joyce  -  VP/ Operations Management

Mr. PADI Certification. If PADI has a course then Jeff has a license for it. Open Water Instructor, Search and Recovery Instructor, Wreck Diving Instructor, Deep Diver Instructor,Navigator, Medic First Aid Instructor plus many others. But of real significance is Jeffs Enriched Air / Nitrox Instructor Certification. This is what allows us to operate for extended depths/time and be more productive per dive hour.  As Operations manager Jeff is also responsible for the training services we provide for your personnel if needed. Jeff is key to our diving expertise which is a vital part of the aquaculture business. Jeff has lived in Rincon, Puerto Rico for Six years.  Jeff is Generation X with a cause !!
